Taylor Billet Vesla, Vekta.5 & KV5TT Steering Servo Mount kit

A stunning billet servo mount kit for your Kraken Vesla, Vekta or Trophy Truck model. Simply trim off the plastic lugs from the side of the stock plastic battery tray and then use our billet mounts to bolt directly to the holes pre-made in the chassis to remove all flex! These will also fit Losi 5IVE 1.0 and 2.0 models. You will need to trim the stock steering servo mount from the radio tray but it will fit right on the chassis in factory mounting points to give your servo a sturdy mounting system. Special note: Those with the VEKTA.5E and those using the Kraken brand conversion kit will need to modify these mounts to fit by shortening the mounts approximately 10mm. We suggest taking off 5mm from the top and bottom of the mounts to do this.

The servo saver maintains adjustability with the factory spring and collar and has a nice cam profile keeping your servo from being damaged in a hard impact. These are a direct fit and require no modifications. Special Note: If you have an original batch 1 VEKTA Trophy Truck with the hard anodized rear axle you will need to replace your servo saver tube with part number KV2235

UPDATED for 2024, the V2 uses new stiffer compound to minimize wear and tear on the bead locks area. The new stiffer compound makes the tire more durable overall. Kraken Maxxis Trepadors Tires are a collaboration project between Kraken RC, MAXXIS Tires and Levi Shirley. These scale tires are modeled after the 1:1 tires driven by Levi Shirley in the Ultra4 race circuit. They are high performance off road tires with aggressive threads for extreme grip. These off road scale tires are the first of their kind for the 1/5th scale RC platform and they compliment the VEKTA.5 or the VEKTA.5LSE very well. Tires measure 222mm (approximately 8 3/4") in height and 74mm (approximately 2.9") in width. They are compatible with truck sized 1/5th scale wheels.
