Big Bore Transmission Case for the VESLA.5

To accommodate more considerable Big Bore engine power, we have added the following benefits to this new case:

• Massive Idler gear for strength required - New Idler Gear
• A stronger layshaft that utilizes the additional support bearing for stability and smoother power transfer (optional). Gas or  Electric
• Secondary, larger bearing to support the layshaft 
• New high-ratio Gas 51/25 gearing set-up suited for 46-50cc Builds (Optional) -  51/25 gearing set-up
  
• New high-ratio Electric 51/25 gearing set up.  Electric
• Direct fitment using the current Taylor layshaft for Blackbone Gears (available for both Gas and Electric models)
• Supports both gas and electric

Note: It is highly recommended that you use the hardened gears only. If you own our hardened gears already, you will need the new Idler gear to work - New Idler Gear.

IMPORTANT: For your exhaust pipe to clear the transmission case for smaller bore engines, you’d need a curved-up exhaust header like Taylor RC VESLA side mount pipe
