The differences between the existing X5 are the extended wheel base, widened track width, new body-shell, reinforced rear alloy stiffeners, alloy lay-shaft carrier, new alloy shock towers & shock bodies and completely new long chassis. Key features include: Top of the line competition Rallycross car Easy assembly/dis-assembly Easy maintenance Centralized and compacted parts layout on chassis Elite racing design ultra-durable high performance parts Fifth generation MCDÊchassis & suspension arms As this is a rolling chassis you will need the following to complete: 2-Stroke engine (TAYLOR 35cc Will make this fly!) Kraken RC Maxxis Trepador Tire Set V2 [KV6109]

UPDATED for 2024, the V2 uses new stiffer compound to minimize wear and tear on the bead locks area. The new stiffer compound makes the tire more durable overall. Kraken Maxxis Trepadors Tires are a collaboration project between Kraken RC, MAXXIS Tires and Levi Shirley. These scale tires are modeled after the 1:1 tires driven by Levi Shirley in the Ultra4 race circuit. They are high performance off road tires with aggressive threads for extreme grip. These off road scale tires are the first of their kind for the 1/5th scale RC platform and they compliment the VEKTA.5 or the VEKTA.5LSE very well. Tires measure 222mm (approximately 8 3/4") in height and 74mm (approximately 2.9") in width. They are compatible with truck sized 1/5th scale wheels. These tires are L & R directional and requires foam inserts - KV6110. Warranty: There is no warranty as tires are considered wear and tear items. By purchasing these tires, you are agreeing to these terms.
