The VESLA.5 is a unique, re-imagined, two-wheel drive, 1/5th scale RC car by KRAKEN RC. This is a variant designed for use with 12S electric power in a roller format.

With its True Scale Class 1 look, the VESLA.5 sets a new standard for the next-generation two-wheel drive system. The wide footprint is what makes VESLA the best handling 2WD 1/5 while no compromise is given for putting power down.

Updated for 2026, we have reduced the price significantly by improving the box size. This was achieved through packaging the car as a partial build kit! The customer needs to install pre-assembled suspension arms and wheels and tires to the chassis. All necessary hardware will be included! A new lightweight Direct Drive slipper clutch eliminator is now standard and installed. Carried over from 2025 updates; each car has the V3 DuPont material arms front and rear, as well as the upgrade Taylor HD Billet hardened idle gear in the transmission.

Minor assembly required! The car will ship with the suspension arm sub assembly and tire assemblies not installed on the vehicle. All necessary hardware will be included to install. This allows us to sell the car at a lower cost.
